  • Continuously grow a network of industry contacts, potential partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, finance, and customer service teams to ensure that client requirements are being met.
  • Facilitate internal communication to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of client projects.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in generating new business and closing deals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present to and engage with C-suite executives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable business development strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a Business to Business (B2B) environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.
  • Experience working in industries, such as packaging, manufacturing, or technology is a strong asset.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing.
