- Ensure that client contracts are renewed, and terms are renegotiated in a timely manner, focusing on long-term retention and growth opportunities.
- Serve as the point of escalation for any client issues or service concerns.
- Proven track record in generating new business and closing deals.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and create strategies to capture them.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present to and engage with C-suite executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable business development strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a Business to Business (B2B) environment.
- Experience working in industries, such as packaging, manufacturing, or technology.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing.
