  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve goals
    • Manage staff schedules, including hiring and training new staff members
  • Customer Service
