Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Services Coordinator to join our team at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. This role will provide administrative support for the HR Services department, serving as the point of contact for all SAP HR related questions and second-level support for the SAP Manager Self-Service (MSS) portal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely management of SAP HR data, conducting audits to identify, resolve or prevent errors and inaccurate data.
  • Generate reports as required and maintain accurate documentation for HR processes.
  • Support HR Services execution activities in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Demonstrate a customer service focus with ability to forge partnerships within the business.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree with a concentration in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications with focus in Excel, and Web-based applications.
  • HRIS systems knowledge (SAP) and applications (ESS/MSS) preferred.
