Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Growth to spearhead customer acquisition and growth strategies across paid media channels. This visionary leader will drive scalable and profitable growth while developing effective go-to-market strategies for each brand through paid media platforms. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to boost customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across digital channels.
  2. Leading the strategy and optimization of key paid media platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  3. Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives tied to new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand-building efforts.
  4. Analyzing customer journey data to optimize touchpoints and reduce friction across acquisition funnels.
  5. Having a deep understanding of the full funnel of the customer journey, leveraging insights to develop tailored assets and strategies that effectively engage customers at every stage, from awareness to conversion.

Team Leadership & Development
The successful candidate will build and manage a high-performing paid media team, hiring and mentoring specialists across acquisition channels. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Setting clear KPIs for team performance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Owning the planning, budgeting, and optimization of the paid media budget with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and profitability.
  3. Implementing a robust testing framework for creatives, audiences, and messaging, ensuring continuous improvement in campaign performance.

Performance Marketing & Analytics
The Head of Growth will define KPIs for each brand and collaborate with the finance team to develop performance dashboards. They will work with the marketing team to develop data-driven performance assets while ensuring brand consistency. Additionally, they will help develop cross-sell strategies between brands.
