Job

We're seeking a dynamic Head of Growth to lead our customer acquisition and growth strategies across paid media and other digital channels, while also building a high-performing paid media team.

As the Head of Growth, you'll have the unique opportunity to drive our vision for scalable and profitable growth and develop profitable go to market strategies for each of our brands through paid media channels.

Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across digital channels.
  • Lead the strategy and optimization of key paid media platforms , including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other channels like Pinterest and YouTube.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives tied to new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand-building efforts.
  • Analyze customer journey data to optimize touchpoints and reduce friction across acquisition funnels.
  • Have a deep understanding of the full funnel of the customer journey, leveraging insights to develop tailored assets and strategies that effectively engage customers at every stage, from awareness to conversion.
  • Have an understanding of CRO best practices and provide input into managing and developing high converting PDPs and landing pages.
  • Help determine the go-forward strategy for retention and email marketing efforts.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Build and manage a high-performing paid media team , hiring and mentoring specialists across acquisition channels.
  • Set clear KPIs for team performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop relationships with external partners and leverage them when necessary.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
  • Own the planning, budgeting, and optimization of the paid media budget with a focus on CAC, ROAS, profitability.
  • Implement a robust testing framework for creatives, audiences, and messaging, ensuring continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Define KPIs for each brand and collaborate with the finance team to develop performance dashboards.
  • Have a strong understanding of attribution tracking.
  • Manage the tech stack and stay on top of industry best practices.
Collaboration
  • Work with the marketing team to develop data-driven performance assets while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Work internally to help develop cross sell strategies between brands.
Innovation & Market Trends
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, platform algorithms, and consumer behavior.
Qualifications
Experience
  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in DTC eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid media channels profitably.
  • Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and attribution software (e.g. Northbeam).
  • Team management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams.
Skills
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in campaign analytics and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy and ability to collaborate effectively with designers and copywriters.
  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and aligning diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
