About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with senior leadership teams to assess workforce needs and develop strategic talent acquisition plans. You will partner with hiring managers to design and implement inclusive hiring processes, leveraging your expertise in sourcing and talent development to build diverse talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders to assess workforce needs and develop long-term sourcing and talent acquisition plans.
- Provide guidance on market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry best practices to shape hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders to design and implement inclusive hiring processes and workforce strategies aligned with the Region's goals.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-potential candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, passive candidate engagement, and proactive relationship-building.
