About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Head Recruiter with 10+ years of headhunting expertise and a strong professional network to lead and manage a team of recruiters. This role is critical in driving our talent acquisition strategy, identifying top-tier candidates, and ensuring we meet our aggressive hiring targets.

As a key leader within our recruitment team, you will be responsible for mentoring and managing a team of recruiters, optimizing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified professionals. This is a full-time, onsite position that requires strong leadership, exceptional networking skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure hiring goals are met.
  • Proactively source, attract, and recruit top talent through headhunting, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals to support ongoing hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Drive performance within the recruitment team, setting and monitoring key hiring metrics.
  • Meet and exceed hiring targets by successfully filling 5+ roles per month to qualify for the annual bonus.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in executive recruiting, headhunting, or talent acquisition.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a recruitment team.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and close top-tier candidates.
  • Extensive professional network within relevant industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
