Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the London Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients, and presenting and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and Develop: Identify and acquire new clients within the assigned territory, focusing on rental companies and end-users.
- Manage and Strengthen Relationships: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
- Present and Promote: Dynamically showcase our products and services in a convincing and engaging manner.
- Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals: Work diligently to meet and exceed sales targets while effectively managing your time between travel and follow-ups.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by understanding clients' needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Proven experience in outside sales, ideally in the excavation, agriculture, or construction sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive in managing your territory.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
- A competitive salary package with a minimum total compensation of $150,000 (base salary, commissions on all sales within the territory).
