Regional Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Regional Operations Manager. This exciting opportunity is based out of Edmonton, AB, and requires a proven track record in sales and operations leadership within the equipment/machinery rental or dealership sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team with a focus on company vision and workplace safety standards
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote the company value proposition, identity, and image to staff and customers
  • Be involved in sales and business development, including hiring and performance management of sales, admin, and operations team members
  • Train and lead other managers in multiple locations
  • Serve as the primary contact for key customers and their leaders
  • Manage operations, inventory control, and P&L responsibilities
  • Evaluate pricing and costs, and recognize and deliver on operational and inventory opportunities

  • Ability to hire the right people and lead and develop a team
  • Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 10%
