Regional Sales Manager

Congo Brands is a leading consumer product brand company that is revolutionizing the way we think about health and wellness. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and distribution goals for the Congo Brands portfolio in your assigned region.
  • Account Management: Manage distributor business results in your assigned territory and be responsible for the success of the company in that region.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional account teams within distributors to set sales expectations and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals to maximize the sale and distribution of all company products in your assigned region.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance goals and results for your team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales, profit, and market share objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 years' experience managing regional or national accounts, with a preference for beverage experience.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
