Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team at EHN Willowview Recovery Centre. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to clients with mental health and addiction-related issues.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct care to clients, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in client education and support groups to promote recovery and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program with pharmacological training.
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan.
- Basic CPR certification.
- Recent clinical experience, including medication administration and leadership duties.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
