Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Canada Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food products to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and manage the preparation and cooking of complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
