About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to children with diverse medical requirements, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough health assessments, administer medications, and perform other nursing interventions as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring seamless communication with families and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive environment, promoting independence and autonomy for our children.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and industry developments.
About You:
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- Valid license to practice nursing in Saskatchewan (SALPN, SRNA, or RPNA)
- Up-to-date certifications in First Aid, CPR Level BLS, and TLR training an asset
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
