Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or equivalent.
- Strong clinical skills, with a focus on infusion therapy and medication management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and services.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel within a designated geographic area.
- Current CPR certification and up-to-date with all relevant continuing education requirements.
