About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Leader to join our team at McDonald's. As a Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for inspiring a team, instilling a sense of pride, and creating a culture that helps deliver the world's best Quick Service Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests, team members, and yourself.
  • Participate in local events that positively impact the community.
  • Ensure Food Safety regulations are followed.
  • Uphold our renowned cleanliness methodology.
  • Communicate performance expectations and provide counsel and coaching to employees.
  • Motivate the team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the team to maintain and achieve targets and standards.
Requirements
  • Quick Service or Full Service Leadership experience (1 year or more).
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility in Restaurant location (Oshawa, Clarington area).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced T.E.A.M. environment.
  • Social skills, a genuine PEOPLE leader.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Reliable and dependable team member.
