Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at PIZZA KING NC INC. in Restaurant Operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including cost of food, ingredients, and supplies.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing plans, implement operational procedures, and manage events.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including setting work schedules and monitoring performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure with tight deadlines. They will be physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
