Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at PIZZA KING NC INC. in English.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing budgets to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, developing budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies, and evaluating daily operations. They will also be responsible for modifying food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, monitoring revenues to determine labor costs, and monitoring staff performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to work under pressure, manage events, and provide customer service.

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising 1 to 2 people and will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will also be required to stand for extended periods and have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
