We are seeking an experienced HR Manager - Labor Relations to join our team at CN. In this role, you will work closely with leaders to identify and prepare arguments to defend the company's position on labor relations issues. You will establish, maintain, and foster a solid working relationship with union representatives, colleagues, and clients to promote a cooperative and effective labor relations climate.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations. The estimated salary for this role is $150,000-$220,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
