About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our product marketing efforts and drive business growth. As Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that showcase our innovative solutions and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Messaging and Persona Mapping: Develop and maintain a multi-pronged message map that includes firmographic, technographic, pain points, value propositions, and products across multiple buying group personas for each of our major solutions.
  • Competitive Positioning & Listening: Develop and maintain competitive battlecards for each major competitor and work with our analyst team to increase our position on the Everest Peak against our competition.
  • Story Telling & Value Proposition: Build a vision for client narratives and value propositions by understanding each client segment and their needs, and partner closely with Sales and Client Success implementation to represent the voice of the client in the feedback loop to product development.
  • Sales Success and Performance: Build and execute GTM strategies to elevate our market position and recognition, align the plan with our growth objectives, and empower our Sales teams with playbooks, client stories, competitive positioning, and a strong feedback loop between sales and product.
  • Thought Leadership & Client Advisory Board: Work closely with our analyst and brand team to develop and deliver thought leadership content for industry events and client advisory board events.
  • Client Focused Communication: Build a plan that includes consistent monthly communication and engagement with current clients, promoting new services, innovation, educational webinars, and more.
  • Strategic Partners: Work with our team to establish sales playbooks and support a quarterly webinar to strategic partners to deliver the value proposition and proof points to educate the strategic partners and support white label campaigns that will deliver pipeline and revenue.
