- Respond to Incidents: Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, including emergencies and routine issues.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless security operations.
- Monitor CCTV Systems: Monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to potential security threats.
- Enforce Policies: Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Report Writing: Write clear and concise reports to document incidents and security activities.
- Equipment Management: Manage and maintain security equipment, including radios and keys.
- Stress Management: Manage high-stress situations and make complex decisions in a timely and effective manner.
- Knowledge of Laws: Have a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including the Trespass to Property Act (TPA).
Requirements:
- Physical Fitness: Be physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-Solving: Be able to think quickly and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
