Security Officer

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their assets, and their employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement security measures to protect property and control access to sites
- Patrol assigned areas to monitor activities and ensure client rules and regulations are followed
- Direct visitors to appropriate areas and perform security checks
- Liaise with visitors, customers, and the public to provide excellent customer service
- Valid Ontario Security Guard licence
- Valid First Aid & CPR level C certificate
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
- Experience in a Truck Gate/Warehouse environment
- Microsoft Office experience
- Be courteous and cooperative with a high quality of customer service
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures
- Able to maintain a professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances and people under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations
- Write clear, concise, and legible reports
- Communicates any concerns/issues with Operations Manager
