Security Officer Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Mobile Patrol Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and assets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to alarms and service calls in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential security risks
* Provide guard supervision and support to ensure a high level of security
* Assist with scheduling and client liaison duties
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of security incidents and activities

**Requirements:**

* Valid G Class license with a minimum of 3 years' driving experience
* Valid Ontario Security Licence
* Previous security experience is an asset
* Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred
* Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
* Superior written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy
* High School Diploma/GED
* First Aid, CPR Level C
* Immunization Record
* Completion of Paladin Mobile Patrol Training Program (LMS Courses)
