We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our team at myKaarma. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing their needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, and providing input into product design where necessary.

Job Description

This is a permanent position that requires 40 to 50 hours of work per week. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar field. Your primary location will be an automotive service station, but you may also work in a software company setting.

Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients through tailored presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services.
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Provide input into product design to ensure products meet client requirements.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients after sale, including training customers' staff in equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and resolve product/service-related issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Salesforce, iOS, and spreadsheet software.
Benefits
