A key aspect of this role is providing customer support, which involves answering electronic enquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. The successful candidate must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

In terms of required qualifications, the successful candidate should hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and possess a basic understanding of computerized systems.
