About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Policy Analyst to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. As a key member of our Cybersecurity organization, you will play a critical role in managing policies, standards, and procedures for Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of IAM policies, standards, and procedures through project work, including contributing to the management of change processes for adopting new IAM controls.
  • Perform research and analysis for projects involving IAM control standards and procedures, and provide high-quality minutes/notes for meeting records.
  • Communicate effectively with governance and technology stakeholders, and collaborate with team members to manage and update policy materials.
  • Provide analysis and reporting of data using Excel and related tools to support decision-making in policy planning.
  • Leverage Firm solutions, such as Jira, Jive, and MS Power BI, to deliver policy projects.
  • Manage and update policy materials, and support the development of new procedure models for IAM standards.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in collaborative use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills in English for work products, collaboration, business decisions, and technical information.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative group with global team members, and accurate with details in deliverables/work products.
  • Comfortable providing time estimates for deliverables, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, with major plus: knowledge of Cybersecurity policy topics, including Identity, Authentication, Authorization, and Privileged Access.
  • Major plus: experience applying guidelines and frameworks to financial services policy development, such as NIST SP Digital Identity Guidelines, FFIEC Cybersecurity Assessment Tool, and Cyber Risk Institute's Financial Services Profile.
