Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Identity Access Management Specialist to join our team. As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure access control systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement secure access control systems, including identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IAM systems, including user guides and technical documentation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement training programs for IAM systems, including user training and technical training.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate IAM systems with other applications and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and technologies, and recommend new solutions to the team.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on access control and security.
- Experience with Sailpoint and other IAM systems.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PowerShell, Java, and other programming languages.
- Knowledge of AD, Jira, Google, and Azure.
