Position Overview
As an Identity and Access Management Specialist at the National Bank of Canada, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cybersecurity framework. This position involves collaborating closely with various business units to drive strategic initiatives and deliver significant value to the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on the utilization of IAM services and identity management systems, including Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Ensure adherence to established protocols by conducting thorough analyses that facilitate the seamless integration of banking applications into IAM frameworks.
- Contribute to the advancement of tools that streamline information collection and optimize operational processes.
- Engage in documentation efforts within the organization, including the development of training materials and procedural documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Promote knowledge sharing by actively disseminating information among team members and other advisors.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory Services, Enterprise Applications, and Certificates.
- Familiarity with protocols such as SAML, OIDC, LDAP, and Graph API.
- Basic understanding of application integrations with Single Sign-On (SSO) in Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Advanced comprehension of complex enterprise networks in multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
- Solid understanding of networking principles and firewall configurations.
- Knowledge of AWS is considered an asset.
Languages: Proficiency in French is required.
