Join Axelon Services Corporation as we seek a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Policy Analyst to join our Cybersecurity organization.
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support the development of Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, standards, and procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with the Policy team lead and collaborate with global team members to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the management of change process for adopting new IAM controls
- Perform research and analysis for projects involving IAM control standards and procedures
- Support the development of new procedure models for IAM standards
- Collaborate with governance and technology stakeholders to communicate policy changes
- Provide analysis and reporting of data using Excel and related tools for decision support in policy planning
Requirements:
- Strong analytic skills with high proficiency in collaborative use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills in English for work products, collaboration, and business decisions
- Comfortable working in a collaborative group with global team members
- Accurate with details in deliverables/work products
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject and 7+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity policy topics, including Identity, Authentication, Authorization, and Privileged Access
- Experience applying guidelines and frameworks to financial services policy development, such as NIST SP Digital Identity Guidelines and FFIEC Cybersecurity Assessment Tool
