Position Overview
As an Identity and Access Management Specialist at the National Bank of Canada, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cybersecurity framework. This position is integral to our IT Cybersecurity Delivery Tower, where you will contribute to strategic initiatives that deliver value across various business sectors.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, guiding them in utilizing IAM services and identity directories such as Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Ensure adherence to established protocols by conducting thorough analyses to facilitate the seamless integration of banking applications into IAM solutions.
- Assist in the advancement of tools that streamline information collection and optimize processes.
- Engage in documentation efforts, including training materials and procedural reports, to uphold the quality of deliverables.
- Promote knowledge sharing by continuously transferring insights to fellow advisors.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory Services, Enterprise Applications, and Certificates.
- Familiarity with protocols including SAML, OIDC, LDAP, and Graph API.
- Basic understanding of application integrations with SSO in Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Advanced knowledge of complex enterprise networks in multi-cloud and hybrid settings.
- Solid grasp of networking and firewall principles.
- Experience with AWS is advantageous.
Language Requirement
Fluency in French is essential.
