Role Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Chop Steakhouse & Bar. As a Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, working closely with our Executive Chef to deliver high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and executing menu items to the highest standard
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet our high standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques, with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
