Job Title: Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Training team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and support to our customers on our Dealer Management System (DMS) software, specifically in the Service module.

About the Role:

As an Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the Service module. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive training and support to new and existing customers on our DMS software
  • Assisting customers with virtual training, online and on the phone, leading up to the implementation of our software
  • Conducting on-site training at customer locations, as required
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our software and its applications in the Service module
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support of our software
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
