Job Title: Leads Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Sizanid HR Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers based on predetermined criteria.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, providing them with relevant information and addressing their questions.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and support the sales process.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or lead generation role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Must have a reliable laptop and internet.
