Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team to achieve excellent customer service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
