Key Responsibilities- Implement transitions of new business in stores, ensuring smooth integration with existing operations.
- Upsell special services to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor asset inventory, including equipment and supplies, to optimize efficiency.
- Lead cost management and controls, ensuring financial activities align with company goals.
- Degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Janitorial industry or similar operational environment.
- 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role.
