Director of Revenue Development

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to join our team as the Director of Revenue Development. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional communication skills, and specific expertise in process manufacturing — particularly within the food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow new business revenue in process manufacturing industries
- Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team across the U.S. and Canada to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales management to target key markets and industries
- Own forecasting and reporting of new business revenue, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
