About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales and Advertising Vice-President to join our team at VMS PETCARE INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  • Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure effective allocation and utilization.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure sales and marketing performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
