Job Summary

Hudson HR is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to meet the needs of our growing organization.
  • Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counseling.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants to ensure the best fit for our company culture.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and assess their skills and qualifications.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill key positions.
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to resolve conflicts and improve employee relations.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Recruit and hire staff to fill key positions and meet the needs of our organization.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
