Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Messer Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Conduct performance management and employee relations activities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
