Job Description

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our testing efforts and ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of software functionality and identifying defects.
  • Automation Testing: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and other relevant tools.
  • Test Cycle Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate test activities, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.
  • Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement a quality assurance strategy, incorporating both automation and manual testing techniques.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to development team members on quality assurance best practices.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Design, implement, and track quality assurance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Staying Current: Stay informed about the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to continuously improve testing practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance engineering, with a strong background in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Skills: Expertise in the full testing life cycle, proficiency in BDD and automation script development, strong coordination and team management skills, excellent documentation and reporting abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
