Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Clerk to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a Customer Service Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Clerk will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling their inquiries, complaints, and feedback. You will work closely with our team to resolve issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs
  • Document customer interactions and feedback
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
