Administrative Support Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Purple Fox Events LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also supervise other workers, train them, and develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Tasks:
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Supervise other workers
- Train other workers
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Computer and Technology Knowledge:
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Windows
- MS Word
