Organizational Development Specialist

Van Gogh Designs Furniture Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs.
In this role, you will research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales, as well as hire, train, and supervise staff.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate HR department activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and implement human resources policies and programs
- Research and prepare occupational classifications and job descriptions
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
