We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at LANGCITY BRAKE & MUFFLER LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- Work Language: English
