Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Roshan Healthway Medical Clinic INC. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the clinic staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of office administrative procedures.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Perform data entry and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
