We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Assistant to join our growing team in Vaughan, ON. With a strong background in accounting and proficiency in MS Excel, you will play a key role in supporting our financial processes.

As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including reconciliations and tax-related activities. Your excellent analytical skills and attention to detail will ensure accuracy and efficiency in your work.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with AP and AR processes, as well as month-end support responsibilities. A strong understanding of MS Excel is also essential, as you will be using this software to analyze and present financial data.
