Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Khan Baba. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that our kitchen is always well-stocked
  • Hire and manage food service staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and development
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring that their needs are met

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and to tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and to lift heavy objects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
