Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Cambridge Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure accurate ordering and minimize waste.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
