Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Red Basil Vietnamese Cuisine. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in food service
- Smart Serve certification
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Criminal record check
