Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker Lead to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of food preparation, including portioning meals and serving customers. You will work closely with your manager to learn and develop your skills, and will be expected to maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and supervisory skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for cash handling, inventory control, and ordering from preferred suppliers. You will also be expected to maintain daily temperature logs and adhere to all Health & Safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of food preparation, including portioning meals and serving customers
  • Cash handling, inventory control, and ordering from preferred suppliers
  • Maintain daily temperature logs and adhere to all Health & Safety procedures
  • Work closely with your manager to learn and develop your skills
  • Lead and advise employees working on the line to ensure timely and effective service of customers

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Food Service Experience preferred

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
